Its probably would fetch more than that as i rarely see 318Ti's go for near kelly, BUT its not truly sought after collectible, that people are looking to park in their garage as part of a collection thinking it might one day appreciate - certainly not with some of the issues you describe.
Of course, its always worth only what someone will pay.
