Well I checked the fuel and spark again this morning... I was getting fuel from the fuel pump, but the injectors were dry as can be, that and the fact that I wasn't getting spark lead me to believe it was the EWS.

I just went out a few minutes ago and cut the EWS wire, and I'm now getting spark, and fuel to the cylinders.
There is just so much different information out there about the EWS. Some say it disables the starter, some say it doesn't, etc etc.

Although my stater is clearly shot. The minute the engine goes to turn over and start, the starter slips and gives out.
Good thing I have an extra starter laying around
