Jess you are right. I picked up the CV axle this afternoon and opened the box.
I am disappointed with the quality. The inner CV has some radial play which is not good. The radial play on the new CV is as much as my 230k mile CV.
I will return it tomorrow.
I am better off driving the car on the original CV axles with a slight backlash. __________________
