[1996 328ti]

I had the interior panels and pulled down the headliner a bit.
I thought maybe it was leaking from the entrance to the sunroof drain.
Doesn't appear so.

I sprayed water along the hatch edge. No leak.
I sprayed water above the hatch. No leak.
Sprayed water along the rubber roof rail away. No leak.
Sprayed the sunroof. Leak.
Went back to just the rubber rail. Leak.

The sunroof is very hard to open and close and there is debris in there.

I'm wondering what is below the rubber roof rail.
I'm still thinking there is a seal between the outer and inner skins.

It's a back breaking job to figure it out.
I'm going to look again next weekend.
