I am reverting to a hard copy professionally printed, rather than print on demand.
It should be available before the end of the year but I don't yet have an exact date. Pre-orders will be taken on the first run, and they will have a discounted price as well. No payments will be collected until I'm ready. Those who pre-pay will get the discount and first copies of the book; any left over will be available to others at regular price.
And yes, if someone (legitimately) owns an original copy and wants to resell it, they can do that. They cannot scan and email it, or reproduce it in whole or in part, without my written consent.
Not that it is needed as pointed out above, but this is my consent that an owned copy can be resold complete to a new owner.
As the "new" owner, you will not receive any tech support from me, but it should not be needed depending on how old a version you get.
The new version will be VERY complete (over 300 pages now) and tech support will not be needed really, but available.
