From what I've seen . . .

The cruise control has a throttle cable going next to the one hooked up to the accelerator. Normal bars don't have the kink yours do, so it seems like it's built that way to provide clearance.

There is also a control box that goes next to the one on the driver's fender well that mechanically pulls the throttle cable taut.
