Default Crushed Cali - What to do??

The Northeast was hit with a series of three Nor'easters back in March. One of them dumped about 1.5 tons of white pine on my 96 Cali. Needless to say, I'm bummed. I love the car, but there are reasons to just bury it (leaking steering rack, some minor oil leaks around the engine somewhere, water leaks into the forward cabin [even before Mother Nature opened her up], INOP A/C).

My options are:
part it out
sell as a parts car
make it a slicktop
somehow magically restore as a Cali

If I repair it, I need at least windshield, roof, both doors w glass (panels were safe in the garage and I think the regulators survived), both rear quarters(?). I'm hoping the front left quarter can be banged out. I value your opinions on these choices and insights as to cost (salvage parts) should I pick that route. And any recommendations for body shops within 100 miles of Providence are appreciated.
