yeah...your situation sounds kinda like mine also my first bmw/car also a 98, its an automatic though, i went to get my car inspected and failed...turned out i had 5 codes... and my cel bulb was missing so who knows how long it had been there for since i got it two years ago after replacing the valve i have to say i didn't really feel much of a difference its not cheap either...but i did pass emissions after getting rid of all the codes theres also a disa simulator that lpcapital made but i don't know much about it or if you should use it in this scenario... |
