You'll have a lot more neg camber in the rear with the race springs than with the sports. e30tech.com has a whole forum dedicated to the rear suspension on our cars and there are a few detailed installs on there of the weld on alignment adjusters. I remember reading that one of the two, toe or camber, couldn't be adjusted all that much with the weld on kit. Also, I don't recommend bilsteins on our tis, they don't seem to be valved properly and if I could I'd go with Koni adjustables.
