I got it from this website:
www.steeringrack.com It came to be about $400 in total. You get $150 back with a core return. I guess the only bad part was the time it took to get delivered. I think it took about 3.5 weeks before I got it. It seems like they get an order, search for a rack to rebuild and so the search for a rack might be what took them so long but other than that the rack seems fine, just need to find some time to replace it.
