I was actually able to cut a slot into the exposed part of the screw with a Dremel and a small cut off wheel and then back it out with a screw driver. I covered all the exposed oil passages with duct tape to keep debris out first.

The housing is back on, but I'm going to wait to put everything else back together until I change the motor mounts this weekend.
