By now the ECU compartment would have more than likely drained if it were in fact flooded. I'd take a closer look down in the spark plug holes. Make sure they don't have water in there. Crank the engine a couple of times with the plugs removed, then check the holes again. You may even want to drain the oil and check it for water. And finally, open up the coil pack and see if there's any burnt wires in there. Good luck man, let us know what you find.
