JB Weld sells a
two-part urethane adhesive for bonding plastics such as polyethylene. I would try that before an epoxy if the part has any kind of flex to it.
Its big drawback, if it is like all the urethane and polyurethane adhesives I have used, is that it does not have a very long shelf life – so you want to check that it is pretty fresh
