yeah it includes the cross bars. it does fit the Ti however only one bar does, the other requires a different mount. you can invest in getting the other mounts needed for the ti but what i have will fit a sedan.
part of the ti has the same front mounts as a sedan and coupe but the rear mounts are a little different somehow. i believe the ti rear mounts aren't too expensive. I just want to go for something different. going to use the money for my motor repair. :-/
