Caught the vdub bug bad again, and most recenlty got myself a Golf R this year.
I'm already APR Stage 1 @ 306hp / 292tq, and it cost me just $600 for a direct port re-flash. So much more bang for the buck potential with the modern turbo cars.
As much as loved the ti, I was always a bit out of my element in the bimmer world. I had the best intentions for the it & God knows I spent good coin on it, but again, despite the added legitimate hp I never got her to be as smooth as wanted her to be.
I honestly think that a stand alone would tranform it back to its glory days - coupled with replacement of parts which have gone south from her sitting arround for 2+ years.
Hope someone does save her, vs. parting her out...
