I think they retail for like $895.00, I got mine for like $800 or so. It includes the MAF and then the ARC II which is a piggyback controler.

FYI: If you don't want to spend the cash

The connectors are not the same, but it uses the same wires. There is basically one wire for a low load, one for a high load, and then a intake air temp wire. The MAF has then all except the air temp wire. So you will need to run an external sensor for that one. If you want to use a BMW MAF you will just need to get the sensor and then the pin out along with a connector and make your own harness. It will take some effort but can be done.
