Let us know, and if I installed it incorrectly, then I'm dumb, I doubt I did, but anythings possible 5 years ago. LOL

I wonder if I screwed mine up now, oh well if this SSK works, maybe I'll reconsider.
I was thinking more about this again and after reading the url below.. I was left with some questions

What does he mean clutch arm, he replaced a bush there I would like to do so when I do the short shifter ugprade.. as I am prepared to do any thing to to alleviate my scratchy/grindy/forcefull gear changes, some times its like it wants to pop back out of gear too as it did not go in right in the first place.

on realoe I pulled up "clutch control" and cant work out where the bush is.. do you think he means "shifter arm" ??
and which of the hoses is the hose that you would replace with the braided steel aftermarket ones. -

I assumed

I had a dry run of taking apart the selector yesterday because I want to be sure I will be sucessfull.. and could not get past the gear knob lol ... no hair dryers about.. and brute force seems bad .. what is the up and down play all about anyway!! perhaps a sign of shifter rod bushings totally collapsed.
