Default Part out or sell as is in Arizona: 1996 Black base

I won't be home for another couple weeks to get photos and make my final decision on the car, but wanted to post now to see if there was interest in someone buying the whole thing.

I won't be able to pull parts and send via mail. It will be for local pickup only. If I part out, it'll probably be up to people to come by and take what they need. Priority here though is sell the whole thing as ultimately I don't want it in the driveway.

As far as "local." I live out in the country near Cochise Stronghold. Phx folks, 3 hrs, Tucson folks 1.5 hrs. It's beautiful down here though.

Issues with the car. The engine is great. Has always been strong as I was sure I would take it to 300,000. But, I bottomed out in a wash and the shifter shot up 2 inches inside the car. The x-brace smashed the oil pan and everything bled out once I turned the car off. After bottoming out I drove 5 minutes to my driveway. Oil was circulating during that time. There was a grinding noise that would increase with acceleration, assumed it came from the transmission. Car has ~225,000 miles. Will check at home.

Other needs. Radiator is ready for a replacement. Ball joints on front right are worn, so both side with arms would likely need replacing. I'd say the shocks/struts are worn, but definitely doable. Otherwise everything should be in good shape, I always took good care. I did use the car on pavement and dirt/rocky roads.

Interior is pretty clean, I kept blankets over the seats and the back seat was always down.

Limited slip differential (4.44) may be of interest. Auto transmission.

Beefier sway bars in good shape and may also be of interest.

When I get home I can take photos/answer specific questions. There should be some parts I added to the car in my profile link and some photos when it was running.

Again, priority is selling the whole thing to someone who can pick it up. I am open to talking about a fair price to make it work.

Thanks for reading and thank you forum for all the DIY projects the archives helped me with. -Eric
