I'm having this issue as well... Motor won't even rev past 2000 rpm without cutting out and popping, bucking violently etc. It only happens after heavy rain and usually goes away, but this time it hasn't. Thought the DME might be wet, but I pulled it and even let it out over night. No change. I'm gonna start replacing things, but if anyone knows what the culprit is, I'd be grateful to know.
