Well I went to the local $tealer and the service technician scrached his head and pulled with all his might but could not get the key to come out, but insisted to me that I use a pair of Pliers. I came back to work and pulled on the key and it came out. Here is what my common sense says, " the key is hard plastic, the head is small and the edges are rough, so its hard for the key to slide out easily."
