To give some background this is a daily driven 95 318ti, i just finished replacing the engine with another M44 and it worked out good

. I got to run it one day and realized i lost too much tranny fluid and now i get locked out of 1st (I can fix this),and on top of that my 318 decided to not start. I was having a problem with the EWS and so i had no crank action nothing, zillch, nada. I bypassed that and have it cranking now. At this point she cranks and has power to everything im just not getting spark or fuel. At this point im low on ideas and i could use some help, if anyone has any knowledge around this issue it would be much appreciated if you could share said knowledge you all are kinda my last hope.
