I'm not sure that any of your "boxes" under the glovebox/dash will cause this type of issue. I could be wrong tho. I had my instrument cluster go haywire on me recently...the car would not start. The instrument cluster is a connection point between the EWS and DME/ECU. When the instrument cluster took a crap...the whole system shut down.
Your issue is different. All I recall reading about is fuse 46. That and the tail lights (as crazy as that sounds). __________________
