Rhys- Same gas, different way of measuring octance.. You guys just use Ron. We use M+R/2 which is supposed to be more accurate... You usually just add 5-7 to our octane to get the comparable octane for Europe...
Chip is installed and working great.. Since Andy said this chip would knock on 91 at high temps you would probably need 98 or 99ron octane gas. I can get 93, 95, or 100 octane M+R/2. But it is running fine on 93.
The reason I don't think the numbers I posted match up exactly right is it looks like this chip was originally bought directly from Conforti and not re-labeled and sold through turner. I guess Turner uses different chip numbers.. |
