Hello everybody
Just wanted to say what's up because I have now decided to register to the site.
I am 26 years old and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I bought my first car last year in May. It is a silver 1996 318 ti.
I bought the car off of my friend who did not want to sell it but has a family and he also used some of the money to invest in his e34
. Needless to say my friend is into cars, specifically BMW, and since I bought this car I can say that I see why he loved this car. It is a great car and fun to drive but I definitely need to put some money into it now.
The car had 142,000 miles when I bought it. I have driven it to about 147,000 miles now. I'm not a mechanic but I do think with the help of this site I can learn to take care of some proper maintenance in the car on my own.
