its just the dynamics of the battery. The dimensions for the slot in the ti trunk is way different. When I had my M3 donor car i measured and looked at the measurements and location of the slot in the back. The ti is just built narrower. Sucks. I may go the dyna-batt route in the end b/c i hate looking at the BIG original battery taking up space in the trunk.
