Update, pretty sure that the fuel pressure regulator diaphragm on my 95 is bad. Pulled the vacuum line and get a strong fuel odor. Had the same issue on an 89 vette I was working on for a friend one time.
Looks like about $50 for a new one, and hopefully I'll get back the 50-60 miles per tank that I have been missing. And get rid of the overpowering fuel stench right after startup. |
