It is in excellent shape, as it was only on the car maybe once or twice, right after it was hand-washed. It lived in its bag in my trunk for several years, so the bag's a bit scuffed, but the cover itself is virtually indistinguishable from new. Comes with cable and lock, the aforementioned bag, and a more compact nylon canvas storage bag.
Was about $200 new. Best reasonable offer plus shipping gets it.
