Well check out active autowerks. They have two superchargers. one is rated til like 3xx hp, but if you use the search button on their website for the twin screw supercharger you'll see that its rated for 420hp.
Technique Tuning by NickG has one as well i think. he also has turbos available however i'm not sure on the hp output.
there's Dinan, they provide a supercharger as well. But it doesn't produce much hp out of the box because they limited it to lower psi. although, i did read up on one that was modified to boost more and produced a nice amount of hp.

It all comes down to how much you want to spend. A turbo can be built cheap if you source out the parts. You can probably buy a turbo used and rebuild it and find the other parts as ppl part out their kits.
