not sure about how your state checks but if you clear your codes the car should pass... however if the cat isnt doing it jub and they use a sniffer its hard to say.. but having a cat, with not codes seems like it should pass to me...
is your car obd1 or 2? 95 or newer? pre 95 are obd 1, reason i ask is there are two ways to have your cel codes cleared out for when they scan it... |
