These pictures are all taken before finish welds were in. It's complete now.

Fired her up, and runs like a champ. The pressure plate is a pain to push in (60% more clamping force). The 4 puck clutch is going to be a hassle, I can tell. Haven't put any miles on it though because the (now) bottom mount manifold is not draining effectively. So, I have a scavenge pump on order. With any luck, it will be here tomorrow and I'll be booting this weekend!!
