Thats the same situation im in. I bought the two little brackets and rubbers but the exhaust sits too high to use tem. I am a bit worried about the stress on the headers but as mentioned the exhaust sits too high in the tunnel to use them. Thats why a asked the question. I presume they bolt on using the lower bolts for the tunnel support right? its held up with bits of wire for now till i can get it on a lift at work. Axel stands are just not high enough to get a proper look at the system. Strange!
