This is the exhaust setup I used on my S54 swap. Bolts to stock or European-spec headers and is built off of the AA-race exhaust and uses the Bimmerworld merge pipe. I don't use the cat but I'll include it in case you want to replace the center resonator with something more environmentally friendly.
Retail on new parts are well over $1000, plus welding time to get it all to fit right.
I'm offering the setup for $750 shipped. All you will need is an exhaust tip depending on your preference and rear bumper (base vs M-tech).
