hrrmmm.. issue solved. i drained the fluid and pulled the rear cover. all sorts of expensive looking little pieces fell out.

i grenaded the limited slip..nothing left for the stub shafts to hold..hence they popped out.

lets go another direction with this. what would you guys do to make a 3.73 medium case e30 diff reliable at say 500/600 whp? hehehehe..I have a 3.73 sitting here that was run dry (as in with no fluid) so I'm going to pull it apart and inspect it. what should i build it with for reliability with this 2jzgte that is going in at the end of the season?
