Okay, so I again have the P1140 code. OBD says another code (long term fuel trim) is pending. We've checked for vacuum leaks (did it again today), nothing. replaced TPS, replaced ICV, nothing. We did replace the MAF with a used one a about a year ago which solved the problem, but it came back in May.. I did put on an aftermarket MAF, but no difference.

I believe at idle we are drawing 3.8g/s. Any ideas?

Edit: Forgot to add. We sometimes get a rear o2 heater fault, but not recently. I've checked the heater circuit - no problems getting voltage. Resistance of heater in sensor is good. Replaced with new. No change. Might be a ghost fault. We have not replaced the pre-cat sensor.
