Whoops-- just filled. I'm going to inject before with 1 nozzle (each nozzle is good to at least 500 hp I believe). I'm going to try to inject in the rubber boot between the ASC and the TB. If that doesn't work, I have to tap with a 1/8 NPT tap in the elbow.
Dusten used Kleenstrip Denatured alcohol which has methyl ethyl ketone in it (a very very strong solvent). It wasn't pure meth/water. It was mostly ethanol/water with a little methanol and a little MEK. I don't think I will have any issue with injection. Both John and Coleco ran water/meth or washer fluid and after 30k had no issues. |
