NO! Replace it now.
When plastic impellers fail, they can send little bits all around your cooling system. Those bits can clog your radiator (I shouldn't have to mention how not good that is).
I'm not sure why the plastic ones still exist. BMW realized their mistake and now only uses the metal ones (which is why I mentioned the dealer first). __________________
