Im not a mechanical expert but my thoughts would be warped disc(s), since you changed them i would say wheels, but you checked that also... It could also be badly instaled wheel if it was tightened and not placed correctly so it has some play when driven and starts knocking. I have experienced this with tire change shops (my dad also. and my neighbor), dont know if they have a name in english. Since then im doing it by myself. Guess only thats left is steering asembly/suspension itself... Gues what would be next to check is if front wheels have any unwanted play... And just to make sure try spinning your wheel when you lift front end to make sure your disks are okay.. Had that problem also but on almost negligable scale.
