Yup perfect fit,

What you can look into also is the later model 6cyl auto z3 diffs. You would also have to use e30 halfshafts since its a medium case, but they are 3.46 Torsion LSD - not clutch type so it won't wear out. Now if your into autox,track,drift and for some reason you prefer clutch type over torsion type LSD that will be up to you. But they are easier to find then small case 3.46 LSD diffs and should work well, I have one at home I hope to put on in the next month.
