I pulled out my old receipts. It really added up.
This is what you can figure on spending.
Of course YMMV depending on pads.

Used front 325/328 from Zionsville
536-58443R/L calipers (2) $150.00
Rebuild kit 34-11-1-153-202 (2) 35.25 (25% off list)
Rotors 34-11-1-165-455 (2) 87.75 (25% off list)
Kevlar S/S brakelines (5) from Eurasian 84.95
ATE Brake fluid (not sure how much) (3) 30.00
Brakepads (Panther front CTS558-P) 109.00
Brakepads (Panther rear CTCUS) 99.00
parts total 595.95
Labor estimate 4 hours 200.00
approx $800.00 plus shipping

The work was done in my mechanic's driveway.
He initially used Castrol DOT4 brake fluid.
The following day he cycled the ABS and replaced the brake fluid with ATE Blue at his dealership. He wanted to cycle the ABS to double check everything especially since all the flexible brake lines were replaced.
