 1998 318Ti Dark Green 175k miles
I'm selling my 1998 318Ti DARK GREEN which has 175k miles on it. Car is located in Portland Maine. Will ship for right price.
I just spent $6000 in past 6 months and higher if you include past 3 yrs of repairs.
$2000 new clutch April 2013
$2000 new exhaust May 2013
$0500 new rear brakes June 2013
$1500 head gasket replace - no machining of head needed
$0400 new radiator
$0220 new radiator
New front brakes (rotors/pads) were done in 2011 but the front left brake appears to be bad now (rotor light on dash). Dishonest mechanic would not correct or acknowledge his own errors. Check Engine, ABS and the triangle caution light are on dashboard. These items therefore need further repairs.
A few dealers have offered me $1000 for it in various new deals discussed none taken. I hope for $2000 but new buyer must spend more to remove dash lights. Given what I've spent and repaired, further repairs would be greatly justified. I just can't afford them myself and must unload vehicle.
Car currently in Maine is unregistered but passed inspection in May. I believe the car needs further work since radiator blew twice recently but only on hot summer days in bumper to bumper traffic. I think now that it is cold season it won't have trouble. If you're interested please let me know |
