There is a set of markers on the side of the container that is supposed to indicate how much oil is in it. I can't read it, so I just ran through the process 4 times. I dumped the oil into an empty 5 quart Mobile 1 container, looks like I got almost 5 quarts out. I don't think you can ever get all the oil out anyway, whether you drain from the bottom either. Now, I have plenty of oil in the garage, but none of the weight I wanna use. So my car is empty of oil, but I can't drive it to the store to get more. GF won't be here till later. Just warmed up the motorcycle, and gonna head to Auto Barn, fill my backpack with oil and ride it home. __________________ 1998 (July) 318ti, 5-spd OEM Armrest Blaupunkt Heidelberg CD50 CD Player/Compact Drive MP3 Player Diamond Audio 5.25" rear speakers Navman ICN 530 GPS BMWALARM.COM (with comfort settings) after market alarm system Magnecor 8.5mm wires M-Z3 Shifter/Momo Knob Burlwood Dashboard Stromung Exhaust X-brace Racing Dynamics Front Strut Bar Carbonio C.A.I. 17" Rial Rims Vader Seats/Heated/Lumbar Support M-tech Steering Wheel/Front Sway Bar/Front & Rear Bumper Depos/w 6500K Angel Eyes/6000K HIDs Clear Corners M3 Mirrors UUC Light Weight Flywheel/M5 Clutch/M3 Clutch Slave E28 3.46 LSD/Mcoupe Cover/E30 Flanges & Halfshafts UUC S.S. I'm gonna get some 10W40. Quote: Originally Posted by DustenT What pump are you using? I still need to polish the wheels though. I love the retro bikes. edit; here's the 1150(it's in pieces right now, so I just took a pic of the original sales brochure): | | | 03-03-2007, 09:51 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Manassas, VA Posts: 4,129 | Just got back from Auto Barn. I haven't ridden the bike since last November, so she needs a good cleaning. Only took like 6 kicks to get it started....haha. I have much better pics of the bike, this is just a pic made today. __________________ 1998 (July) 318ti, 5-spd OEM Armrest Blaupunkt Heidelberg CD50 CD Player/Compact Drive MP3 Player Diamond Audio 5.25" rear speakers Navman ICN 530 GPS BMWALARM.COM (with comfort settings) after market alarm system Magnecor 8.5mm wires M-Z3 Shifter/Momo Knob Burlwood Dashboard Stromung Exhaust X-brace Racing Dynamics Front Strut Bar Carbonio C.A.I. 17" Rial Rims Vader Seats/Heated/Lumbar Support M-tech Steering Wheel/Front Sway Bar/Front & Rear Bumper Depos/w 6500K Angel Eyes/6000K HIDs Clear Corners M3 Mirrors UUC Light Weight Flywheel/M5 Clutch/M3 Clutch Slave E28 3.46 LSD/Mcoupe Cover/E30 Flanges & Halfshafts UUC S.S. Beautiful bike, I like the helmet too. If you ride a retro bike, you gotta rock the retro helmet. It's not too cold out today, I might just take mine out for a little spin. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Thread Tools | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
