IGNITON LOCK ASEMBLY PROBLEM!!!

HI,
I finally get my 318TI but after drive the car from NH to CT I have several problems.
The ignition lock spins around and the car can close the contact. i cant swicth the car on or off. I just disconnect the battery.
The lights in the dashboars are on.
The radiator fliid came out ( I dotn know the radiator was brand new replace it in certified BMW mechanic in NH.
I am in Bridgeport CT and I dont know what the problem can be or wher I can bring my car ( dealerships here are to expensive)
please someboy help me!!!

My 95's ignition spins around sometimes, but always catches and fires up eventually. Yours may be really hammered but I'd keep trying it.
