I dunno what to say .. I took out the long water pump bolt by force because it was stripped out .. I thought this car was pretty popular so I should be able to go to the dealer and get another one but i was wrong.

They said Fillister-head screw M8X80 07119901036 is no longer available . Does anyone know of a alternative bolt I can use . Its the only torx bolt on the water pump.

m44 engine by the way .

If you drop that part number into google you will see some sellers.

But, is it very different from a hardware store bolt?
