does a 525i 94 (e34) engine fit?

This guy across town is parting out cheap but i havent seen the engine in person... i wanted to know of anyone already knows if this can work or not

Yes and No, need to change out the oil pickup and oil pan for an E36 setup. Remove and swap with an e30 guy doing a swap. They need E34 set up and you need as mentioned.

well how hard is it to get that done? all i need to do is buy one right?

It's not hard and has been detailed many times on www.r3vlimited.com and www.e30tech.com Quite possibly here as well, I have not dug deep here in the swap section as I don't have all my pieces for my swap yet.
