Default Cup Holder

Been wanting to do this mod for awhile. Here it is. Bought the cup holder from BavAuto, $14.95 Made in Germany. Has spring action to grap three size bottles/cans.

I need to put some kind of black cover on the side edges. The cupholder was made to go in another model, so the edges are open.

Hey the cup holder looks great i have been wanting to do that for a while but i am not sure where to get the holders from i have searched all over.

On an unrelated subject i have a problem with my car, but i carnt find out how to create a new post i can only quick reply, so i will ask you (if you dont mind),

I took the TI to the garage today because it has been misfireing, when the mechanic looked he found water in cylinder 1, spark plug and lead were both wet, but it hasnt lost any water, pressure is bulding up ok and its not over heating, so the gead gasket seems ok.

Any help on why this has happened would be great my mechanic can not find the fault he just blew the water out with a high pressure hose and it seems ok for now.

First off, how is the compression in that cylinder? Then consider replacing the wires. I had a similar problem with my motorcycle (Triumph ) missfiring from water getting into the wires, and traveling down into the cylinder.

I havent had a compression test yet, what figures should i be looking at i have an m44 with 113k on clock,
My car runs fine then a couple of miles later it runs on 3 cylinders for a few miles then it will run normal again, its been like this for the past week, i tried redex thinking it maybe a sticking valve carnt get seafoam over hear. But that didnt work either.
How will water travel down the wire its been freezing (icey)on most mornings and this is when the problem started but its been dry.

As far as compression, I think over 100 psi is minimum. Check other threads to be sure. This subject has been discussed before. If you knew which cylinder was missfiring, you could swap wires, and see if it moves to another cylinder. That would tell you the wire in question is bad.

On an engine with over 9:1 compression I'd want to se a minimum of 140 lbs compression dry and someting like a150 or 160 lb reading oiled.

Then you need a leakdown test to tell you the rest of the story.

If you add the OEM armrest, your cup holder dissappears, like magic.

Is that like the "Big Gulp" from 7-11? I will see what fits it tomorrow.
