stereo and speaker options

unless its some where else, don't see what others are doing in this area. not looking for an earthquake generating system, just a good , clean and loud when I want to. yes I can chop up my doo cards and toe kicks, but before I do, I would rather work with out molesting the interior.
What have you done?

I was able to fit 6.5 inch speakers in the kick panels with only minor metal surgery. Make a series of radial cuts with a dremel out from the stock speaker opening then push the metal back. I was also able to fit 3.5 inch speakers in the door panels. Larger speakers can also be fitted in the rear. Better speakers give you more bang for the buck than any other audio mod IMO. The oem head unit has plenty of power for my taste. Good luck. John

Thanks, I agree, better speakers are worth it. I'm looking to hook up an iPod, so new head unit. It was replaced already antway
