Default Beeeeeep. ----CLEAN----

I had a message pop up on my stereo that said "CLEAN" following a sustained beep that lasted a few seconds. I recently had a brake lock up on my driver-side front wheel, and I got a new caliper and installed it. A short while after (a couple weeks) I had made the repair I got the same message.

What does it mean, and what is wrong with my car? Thanks!

Could that be reminding you to clean a tape deck head, which you might do after, say, every 20 hours of play?
