Default Sway bar questions

I recently picked up a 98 with the Active Package..what size sway bars does this come with stock?

From past experience, running a larger rear bar seems to reduce understeer, however through searching it looks like a lot of people are running quite a large front bar (~28mm) and a smaller (18-19mm) rear...I know on my subie I went from the stock 13mm bar to a 20mm rear sway bar and it dramatically reduced understeer.

Just wondering

18 or 19mm rear bar is a larger bar for the Ti. Stock rear on an active is 14mm and sport has a 16mm. So an 18mm rear bar is much larger.

^ Thanks

Would up grading the active's 14mm to the sport's 16mm make the car a bit more neutral handling? Or should I go for an 18-19mm bar? The car is a street car that will see autocross use.

Will the rear sway bars from the E30 chassis cars work on the 318ti?
