I'm not sure if anyone else has been curious about this before, a quick search through google didn't produce any images. Has anyone ever seen or have pictures of OEM Style 108's from a E85 Z4 mounted on a M Package Compact? These are the wheels for anyone who is unfamiliar with the style no. I've always been curious how they'd look on a properly lowered M-compact. This is one place where I found a pic of them on a E36, but a touring: http://www.bmw-syndikat.de/bmwsyndik...BMW_-_E36.html Or here's a tiny small picture of them finished in gloss black on the front of a Dakar E36 (either M3 or M bumpered car): I think they could be an "under the radar" type wheel that might look awesome and not yet done, or not common on a E36, let alone a Ti. | | | 02-16-2012, 12:57 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: South Central, MN Posts: 1,065 | Does this help? __________________ | | | 02-16-2012, 02:07 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2011 Location: Broomfield,Colorado Posts: 664 | What kind of bmw is that Last edited by black98; 02-16-2012 at 02:36 AM. | | | 02-16-2012, 02:56 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Roanoke, VA Posts: 472 | Quote: Originally Posted by black98 What kind of bmw is that | +1. I think that PS onto Fernandos car looks fantastic. I had a feeling this was a good vision, and think I have now decided on my next set of wheels to add to the collection. | | | 02-16-2012, 10:41 PM | #11 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: South Central, MN Posts: 1,065 | Glad I could help. Just out of curiosity I looked around for a few minutes online and stumbled onto these: http://kleinanzeigen.ebay.de/anzeige...felgen/u773763 Only thing is, with needing new tires in a different size, and IMO 20mm spacers all around based on the wheel specs. - VA 8x18 ET47, HA 8,5x18 ET50 - it won't be cheap to get them on a Ti. That being said, I still really like how they look.. yet another fantastic OEM wheel from BMW. | | | 05-01-2012, 08:35 PM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2011 Location: SoFla Posts: 482 | those 108's are the tits! im gonna keep an ear to the ground for a set of those puppies anybody make replica versions of these? __________________ Eurotary 313ti-Rx coming soon.....soon is a relative term Last edited by Crashaddict; 05-01-2012 at 08:40 PM. | | | 05-03-2012, 04:59 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2010 Location: Wichita Falls, Texas Posts: 1,364 | They must cost a gazillion bucks. | | | 05-03-2012, 05:18 AM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: Ft Defiance, AZ Posts: 686 | they look AMAZING on a ti "cue the frantic search for style 108s" __________________ 1999 BMW 318ti 2005 MINI Cooper S | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
