I had that setup for a while. It is better than bilsteins/H&Rs but still not great. H&R spring rates are too soft for how much lowering they give. I moved to TCK SA coilovers (400f/600r) and love them.
Ride quality is much better than the bils/konis when you soften the shocks and super stiff when you want to track/autox the car. Ride quality is probably on par with a stock sport suspension, people always think coilovers = horrible ride, well good quality coilovers should have a great ride.
